National Credit Adjusters is reporting monthly missed payments ( C marks ) on a charged-off debt that I never agreed to repay. I have never made or missed payments with NCA, and no payment arrangement was established. These marks are being reported as if Im actively delinquent, which is inaccurate and misleading. I disputed this information with EXXXX, but the monthly delinquency history remains unchanged. This is damaging my credit every month and violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). I am requesting that the false delinquency marks be removed or that the account be deleted entirely from my credit report. Please see attached photo for 2 years of " Missed payments '' on XXXX even though there is no payment agreement with the company.
