On or around XX/XX/XXXX, PayPal imposed a permanent limitation on our business account associated with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, legally registered marketing and professional services firm. In conjunction with this limitation, PayPal has instituted a 180-day hold on our business funds, amounting to approximately {$1900.00}, despite the absence of any substantiated fraud, buyer disputes, chargebacks, or documented violations of PayPals Acceptable Use Policy. The two transactions in question are entirely legitimate : {$1400.00} for contracted marketing and outreach services rendered to support an academic research project {$500.00} for professional advertising and lead generation services provided to an automotive business At no time did PayPal provide concrete evidence of fraudulent conduct or activity constituting material breach of contract. Instead, vague assertions of " possible high-risk behavior '' were used to justify both the account limitation and prolonged fund hold.
