Consumer Narrative
AchievePL reported on XX/XX/XXXX that I owe XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The account is reflecting as closed. the status is showing as a charge-off. and in the remarks it is showing as profit and loss write off. It was closed in XX/XX/XXXX. The company advised me that they would send me a 1099 and forgive the debt due to a financial hardship but I still have not received the letter and this account is still reflecting on my credit file. I am requesting again that Achieve PL to send me a 1099 and forgive the debt due to COVID causing a financial hardship.
