b'Harris & Harris Ltd illegally obatined personal information, created an account with that stolen information, and attempted to herass me with threats of debt then posted that created account in a delinquent status on my credit report. Per FCRA section 605B, it is illegal to report on my credit report without my permission. There was never any contract or agreement signed by myself with this company nor any accounts created by me with this company on the date of XXXX as stated on my credit report. Being that no contract or agreement was ever created or initiated by myself with this company, the $XXXX deliquent debt posted to my credit report is false. This is fraud and identity theft.
