I had my old card on file with stub hub and the next morning i called my bank that XXXX fraud charges were made, initially it was XXXX charges but some of the concerts got cancelled so my money wasn't taken out, it was a total of XXXX dollars taken out, but only XXXX dollars went through, the first fraud charge i submitted with fifth third bank was approved and they returned my money, the second claim i made was for XXXX dollars, they investigated for about XXXX months and denied my claim, which is weird since they approved the first XXXX. They came back and not enough evidence was provided, but the card that stub hub had on file was already closed since they shipped me a new card, but clearly not since my card was somehow still going through with transactions, when I contacted stub hub they were no help, they just came back and said I bought the tickets which these tickets were bought in XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX which I live in XXXX so It wouldn't make any sense buying these tickets. All these charges were made on XX/XX/year> at around XXXXXXXX XXXX
