On XX/XX/year>, I inquired with Barclay Card about a transaction I didn't make. Barkley bank closed the card and issued a new card. I informed them that I do not have an account with XXXX XXXX they indicated the transfer happened. I went numerous times to XXXX XXXX and each time they indicate that I do not have an account with them. I have filled numerous fraud complaints with Barclay Card with no results. They have not proved that I received this money, only indicating that the transaction had occurred. Every time I call Barclay Card fraud Depatments I spent hours being transferred around with no results.
