I have been trying to get a hold of the bureaus in regards to an error on my credit file. Back in XXXX I lost my job and it really set me back. so I called XXXX XXXX to see if they had any available plans for me and the rep advised he could put XXXX payments towards the end of my loan and I agreed however, I was never informed this would cause a recurring late on my account or I would have never agreed. I had family who had offered to lend me money etc. This is not my fault. XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX is also an issue. This account type is reporting as a " Mortgage account ''. This was for a water softener, at no point was this a mortgage. Under FCRA all accounts must report to " maximum accuracy '' and this is not compliant and must be removed.
