This is a supplemental complaint related to CFPB XXXX # XXXX. I am submitting additional documentation to prove that my payment to XXXX ( XXXX ) was made in full and on time, yet I continue to be reported as delinquent. The original dispute included bank records and confirmation of bill pay. Since then, XXXX has refunded my payment, then falsely claimed I still owe the balanceand even increased it. Despite clear proof, this account is still harming my credit. Im requesting the CFPB to fully review the attached documentation and require the creditor to : Correct or delete the negative tradeline. Remove all false charges and late payment reporting. Confirm in writing that the matter is resolved. I have contacted XXXX about this issue since XXXX, yet as of XXXX, my TransUnion report still shows a XXXX delinquency for XXXX, even while listing the account as current. The timing is not only inaccurate, but it also contradicts the fact that I paidand later had the payment mysteriously returned to me. This has affected my XXXX score across multiple bureaus, including XXXX XXXX, and TransUnion. A signed PDF document and bank evidence are included with this supplemental complaint. Thank you for your help resolving this ongoing issue.
