I am a victim of Identity Theft. When I checked my credit reports, I noticed many inaccurate information. Some of the inaccurate information was unknown addresses, late payments, and collections. I contacted XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX and informed them of the Identity theft and submitted supporting documents. I requested that the incorrect information be removed from my account. When I later reviewed my credit reports, I saw that only some of the inaccuracies were removed. I contacted the above credit bureaus ; however, the problem was not resolved. As per the consumer law, as a victim of Identity theft, I am allowed to request a weekly credit report from all XXXX bureaus, but when I made the request, the bureaus directed me to a page requesting a credit card payment ; if that information was not provided, the report is not given. The bureaus coerced me to purchase a subscription, which is normally {$32.00} or more per month. Can you kindly help me? I request that the incorrect information be removed and that access to the weekly credit report be provided. Thank you.
