Claim to be the lawyer in the lawsuit on the summons letter being the plaintiff is XXXX XXXX. When asking for a debt verification letter I was sent statements from XXXX XXXX with a whole bunch of blocked out account numbers and was sent a file number from Weltman, Weinberg & Reis with blocked out account numbers.
