LVNV Funding / Resurgent are reporting a fraudulent tradeline that I did not open, authorize, or benefit from. On XX/XX/year>, I submitted a valid FTC Identity Theft Report, notarized affidavit, police report, ID, and proof of address to XXXX by certified mail. This required XXXX to notify LVNV Funding/ Resurgent as the furnisher. LVNV failed to permanently block/delete the tradeline within 4 business days as required under FCRA 1681c-2 . They also failed to maintain a working consumer channel as both official emails were undeliverable. The Tradeline is Removed from XXXX but not from XXXX or XXXX. They failed to do so and have no valid chain of title or permissible purpose under 1681b. They also failed to respond to direct written requests, as both official emails returned undeliverable. They are willfully violating my rights and harming my credit profile.
