I am submitting this formal complaint to report serious violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) by Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax. These issues involve : A collection account from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX being reported on TransUnion and Equifax, with no validation or verification provided; Experian 's refusal to correct multiple disputed inaccuracies, despite clear inconsistencies and lack of documentation ; And Equifax preventing me from accessing my account, which has made it impossible to file disputes on their platform. These actions have harmed my credit score and prevented me from exercising my full rights under federal law. XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TransUnion and Equifax A collection account for {$4400.00} from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX recently appeared on both my TransUnion and Equifax credit reports. I have no knowledge of this debt, never received notice of it, and I have not been contacted by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. When I attempted to dispute the item with TransUnion, I discovered that their system does not allow me to file any new disputes until my earlier ones are resolved leaving me unable to challenge this harmful, unverified collection. I have been similarly unable to dispute it with Equifax due to ongoing access issues ( see section XXXX ). To date, no validation or supporting documentation has been provided by either credit bureau or the debt collector to confirm that this collection is mine. This violates : FCRA 611 Right to dispute and require verification FCRA 605B Blocking unverified or fraudulent tradelines FDCPA ( 15 USC 1692g ) Failure by Sunrise Credit to validate the debt XXXX. Experian Refusal to Correct Disputed Inaccuracies I submitted formal disputes to Experian regarding several accounts with inaccurate payment histories, inconsistent naming, and other errors. In particular, XXXX XXXX XXXX is reported differently across all three bureaus, including variations in payment history and account title. Experian completed their investigation and reported that the information would remain unchanged, without providing any documentation from the data furnishers to justify this outcome. This is a direct violation of : FCRA 607 ( B ) Failure to ensure maximum possible accuracy FCRA 611 Failure to conduct a reasonable investigation FCRA 609 Failure to provide information source details when requested This refusal to correct disputed and inconsistent information unfairly damages my creditworthiness. 3. Equifax Denial of Access to Dispute System I have been unable to access Equifaxs online portal to create or manage my account, which prevents me from disputing the Sunrise Credit account and other inaccuracies. I have contacted Equifax by phone, but the issue remains unresolved. This has created a situation where false information is being reported, and I am completely locked out of my right to challenge it, in violation of FCRA 611. 4. Additional Inaccuracies Across All Bureaus Multiple accounts appear differently across all three credit reports.
