So Ive been getting threatening and harrassing voicemails from a blocked number telling me this : ( My legal name ), my name is XXXX XXXX. I was contacting you in regards to a claim of yours being filed and by law I have to make you aware that your phone number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( not even my phone number & its a weird number ) is being made public record and there is a order out right now for your job or location. You do have the legal rights to contact the office that is processing your claim however you would have to speak with them before it is file once it is discharged from their office & youre being legally notified by phone & I will be having you located unless Im instructed. Mind you I called & they said that Im being sued for fraud to get the loan AND not paying the loan and its NOT speedy cash! Apparently its a company thats handling my claim .. and I have to come up with {$1900.00} when I go to court. XXXX theyre calling from XXXX.
