Kohls stores has a credit card. I had a kohls card. Kohls made it difficult to change your address on the card. I changed it twice and it never actually changed. Each time in store i was told they could not change anything. I continued to try and login to the card and was unable to do so or reset my password. Unbeknownst to me, they changed to a capital one card. And sent everything even a knew card to the wrong address. In the mean time, i got XXXX late fees of {$120.00}. They refuse to help and will not send the info to thw correct address for XXXX business days.
