To whom it may concern, I signed up a mortgage loan on XX/XX/year> for purchasing my current home, and it has been approved since then. The mortgage company was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. A few years later, my mortgage loan was transferrer to another mortgage company, but I did not recall the name of the company. I only received a notice letter in the mail stating that my mortgage was transferred to another mortgage company ; in fact, this transfer took place without my consent. At that time, I still sent the monthly payment to the new mortgage company as usual. Then, my mortgage loan has been transferred to another mortgage company again a few years later, and the mortgage company is Freedom Mortgage. This time, I also received a notice letter in the mail from the mortgage companies stating that my mortgage loan has been transferred. I acknowledge this notice, but the mortgage transfer happened without my consent. I've recently read the legal concern about mortgage loan, and I understand that mortgage transfer often happens during the lifetime of a mortgage loan ; it is a common practice in the mortgage industry. However, I find it illegal in the way that my personal information as well as my finance information was exposed to others without my consent. My account information kept sending to other mortgage companies without my agreement. I have not signed any new contract with the new mortgage companies. I have not seen my contract agreement with Freedom Mortgage.
