On XX/XX/year> l received a email from XXXX XXXX stating my credit score dropped XXXX points. Also they stated there's no reason why. I SAID WHAT. I emailed XXXX XXXX three times to provide me a reason and l took a screen shot of there reply ... Stating nothing has changed to make my XXXX XXXX drop 54 points. Something illegal and shady is going on. I contacted Trans Union XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, 2025 and they told me there's nothing they can do and the supervisor had the AUDACITY to say... they are not a credit reporting agency which l know isn't true. I want to know who can be held accountable for intentionally dropping my score XXXX points without providing a reason why! I know algorithms can be hacked into by unethical people as this would be considered a crime and must be investigated. Someone had intentionally decrease my XXXX XXXX without reason and Trans Union, XXXX XXXX XXXX refuse to give me a legal reason why. Also l checked all my creditors and nothing has changed as l am paying them off each month. I am requesting an thorough investigation please before getting a lawyer or investigator involved.
