In XXXX I was looking at my credit report due to some credit cards being stolen from my purse at the XXXX XXXX where my husband had an LVAD placed to keep his XXXX pumping. I noticed on the credit report with Transunion that there were XXXX negative impacts on it. The one which was XXXX XXXX, was an account I opened in XXXX. However in XXXX I requested directly with XXXX XXXX to close the account over the phone. My reasoning was they would give me XXXX credit limit, and then XXXX credit limit and then the next month it would go back down to XXXX again which was hitting my credit reports negatively. So I personally over the phone requested the account be closed and I continued to make my payments till it was paid off, which was around XXXX. Once it was paid off I never thought about it again and never saw it on my reports will I checked in XXXX. I disputed this directly with Transunion said the information was accurate that was given to them. The issue is, it is accurate, I paid the account till paid off, and I personally requested it to be closed. Even XXXX acknowledges this and still it showing as a negative impact due to what?? Because I closed it, I didn't miss payments and did pay it off and I thought that was the end of it till XXXX. I am so frustrated because every time, I provide 100 % verifiable evidence for disputes, and in this case, there is not one single reason this XXXX impact should even be on there, Transunion keeps it on my reports so here I am again, contacting you all which I hate trying to get help because despite it not be a negative account ever, and despite it even showing that XXXX XXXX shows I requested it to be closed and that I paid as agreed, somehow it still sits there bringing my score down. I am sorry for having to file again with you over another issue but I don't know what else to do. I tried contacting XXXX customer service and they don't even show I have ever had an account, so they supposedly can not send me any records. So, this was never a negative account on my part. I closed the account on my own because of the up and down credit offers which if I didn't use would be dropped and then show up on my credit in a negative manner. So I decided it seemed deceptive and closed it and paid it off completely.
