On XX/XX/year>, I submitted a written dispute to Experian requesting the correction of multiple inaccurate personal identifiers on my credit file. I included all necessary documentation : a government-issued ID, Social Security card , and a utility bill as proof of address. Despite providing this information, Experian has failed to correct the following issues more than XXXX XXXX later : Multiple incorrect name variations are still listed Outdated and inaccurate addresses are still on file An incorrect Social Security number is associated with my file A spouse/co-applicant is listed on my credit report, which is inaccurate I have never applied jointly for credit or authorized a co-applicant to be reported This constitutes a failure to conduct a reasonable investigation as required under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S.C. 1681i.
