To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting this formal complaint against Experian for repeated and severe violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S. Code 1681, and for failure to ensure accurate, fair, and substantiated consumer credit reporting. Despite multiple attempts to correct my report, Experian has continued to report inaccurate addresses, accounts, and inquiries, which are severely damaging my credit profile and standing. Disputed Addresses Reported by Experian ( Incorrect & Unauthorized ) : XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX Issue : These addresses are not associated with me and have never been my residence. Violation : FCRA 1681e ( b ) Failure to maintain maximum possible accuracy. Story : These addresses are appearing on my report without my knowledge or authorization. They are contributing to mixed files and misrepresentation of my identity.
