I am filing this complaint because Experian has willfully violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) by reporting inaccurate personal information, unverifiable derogatory accounts, and unauthorized hard inquiries on my credit report. Despite initiating disputes, Experian has failed to correct these errors or provide proper verification within the legally required timeframe. These inaccuracies have severely damaged my creditworthiness, interfered with my ability to secure financing, and caused me emotional and financial distress. I am requesting the CFPB to take immediate enforcement action against Experian for the following violations : 1. Unverifiable Derogatory Accounts Experian continues to report the following derogatory accounts without providing proper verification or validation, as required under FCRA 609 ( a ) and 611 ( a ) : CAF 4464 Reports late payments without providing any billing records, account statements, or payment history to validate the delinquency XXXX XXXX Reports duplicate entries with inconsistent data, inflating my debt and creating confusion XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Reports late payments despite being paid in full with a {$0.00} balance, which is materially misleading XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Reports a charge-off without validation or contract documentation, violating FCRA 609 XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX A closed, {$0.00} balance account still showing late payments years later XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Reports a charge-off with {$0.00} balance and without providing proof of debt ownership Experian has failed to produce any documentation to validate these accounts.
