On XX/XX/year>, XXXX XXXX ( Salesperson was XXXX ) came out to my residence to provide information on installing gutter guards. The price that I was quoted was {$3900.00}, with financing through Momnt. The ran my credit and it was approved, however, I rescinded the contract within 3 days under the Georgia law, in writing notifying both the salesperson and the manager. I also provided the letter of rescission to Momnt. For two years now, I have repeatedly contacted Momnt in an effort to get them to remove the item from my credit report. I never received any services from XXXX XXXX and they never installed any gutter guards on my house. I actually had another company that put the gutter guards on my house, and I have the invoice to show that. In addition, to seeing this item on my credit report for the past 2 years, Momnt is also showing interest with a current balance of {$4400.00}. Every time I file a dispute, they come back and show the account as suspended, but it is still on my credit report, and I do not owe Momnt or XXXX XXXX, because I rescinded the contract. The status is still showing as open/never late, but it should not be on my credit report. It shows that it is in forbearance, but again it should not be on my credit report. During one of my conversations with Momnt, they claimed they disbursed the money to XXXX XXXX and have been unsuccessful in getting them to response. My response to them was that's between Momnt and XXXX XXXX and has nothing to do with me because I rescinded the contract within the timeframe allowed and I did not receive any services from XXXX XXXX.
