Prior to my arrest on XX/XX/year>, I had a secured credit card with a \ {$500.00} deposit, which I maintained in good standing. I paid the balance down in advance, and at the time of my incarceration, there was only a small remaining balance. Due to my incarceration, I was unable to make further payments.
