On XX/XX/year> I received a fraud alert from XXXX. I called and was advised that someone claimed fraudulent charges through my XXXX account with Navy Federal Credit Union. Some days later XXXX locked and closed my account due to fraudulent transactions. Later XX/XX/year> I went to Navy to get an explanation and I was told that they couldn't provide me with any information concerning my account and that I would be issued a cashier 's check for {$10000.00} that same day. After receiving the check the cashier then advised me that I could deposit that check into my business account since it had not been affected. On XXXX XXXX XXXX I returned to the bank to withdraw money for my business and was told the account was locked. They wouldn't provide me with any other information about why the account was closed out.
