I received a text message on XX/XX/XXXX about a debt owed to XXXX XXXX after attempting to see the amount that is due I enter the account number and my zip code they provided, it stated no account could not be located. After calling on XX/XX/XXXX I spoke with a woman that was very rude, disrespectful, forceful, predatory, and I asked for more information about the claim and to notify that debt is not mine she proceeded to hound me for my home address date of birth and personal information. I got to the point where I felt I was getting harassed for information that is not relevant other than the account number, I gave her no information and hung up. Absolutely unacceptable.
