I previously provided a valid Identity Theft Report, along with all required documentation. Under FCRA 605B, these accounts were required to be permanently blocked from my credit profile within four ( 4 ) business days. Despite prior submissions, these accounts remain improperly. This is a direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Furnishers and credit reporting agencies are currently in non-compliance, and the continued reporting of fraudulent accounts is unacceptable.
