I have a collection on my Equifax credit report that is out dated. It's stemming from a 7 year old debt that I have no knowledge of. I have been trying to dispute the information with Equifax to have it removed however, their online submission does not allow me to submit anything. It directs me to call a customer service number, which I've done several times, and have been redirected to several operators who can not seem to fix the issue. The original debt is with a company called XXXX and it shows the original date of delinquency in 2018. The collection is filed under XXXX XXXX XXXX. which I disputed in the past, and asked for supporting documents, which were not received. I have attached images of the files as they appear on my Equifax report.
