This is my final attempt to correct the information with Equifax as it pertains to the identity theft that I have been a victim of. I have requested arbitration from Equifax with generic responses given. I have taken all the required steps for the removal of this fraudulent information to be removed from my credit report. The steps taken were notified all creditors, filed a police report which is attached, filed a report with the FTC ( Identity Theft.gov, monitored my credit for any new accounts or changes, removed fraudulent addresses that I have never been associated with. The following accounts are involved in my identity theft. Some accounts were removed only to be placed back in 45 days. Equifax is making it nearly impossible to recover from this criminal act that I was a victim of. If this can not be corrected, please tell me the legal steps to file suit against Equifax for reporting false information. The accounts are as follows : XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX account # XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX XXXX. This accounts need to be immediately removed per the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I have again attached all documents related to the reporting of the identity theft including police report, FTC report, a list of all accounts and identity information.
