They presented themselves as a legitimate and trustworthy company that would help reduce my debt, negotiate with creditors, and manage monthly payments on my behalf. They assured me that I should stop making payments to my creditors and instead send payments directly to them. Trusting their guidance, I followed their instructions and believed they were working in my best interest. Unfortunately, they failed to make the promised payments or settle my accounts. I had little financial knowledge at the time and was relying on what I thought was professional help. As a result of their deceptive practices and broken promises, several of my accountswent into delinquency and were charged off. These charge-offs remain on my credit report and have seriously damaged my financial standing, even though I acted in good faith and tried to be responsible. I am asking that this company be investigated for deceptive business practices that took advantage of young, financially inexperienced consumers like me. I also request help in correcting the credit damage caused by their failure to act as promised.
