LVNV Funding LLC XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, SC XXXX Subject : Debt Validation Request under FDCPA, FCRA, and Regulation F To Whom It May Concern, I am writing in response to an account you are reporting on my credit report with XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$690.00}. I dispute the validity and accuracy of this alleged debt and hereby exercise my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), and Regulation F to request full validation and proper documentation. Please provide the following : 1. Validation of Debt including the amount, original creditor, and detailed breakdown. 2. Copy of the Original Contract bearing my signature. 3. Proof of Chain of Custody/Ownership from the original creditor to LVNV Funding LLC . 4. Proof of Transfer or Assignment of the debt, including dates and documentation. 5.
