I requested the letter of why my fraud dispute letter was never sent and why I was denied at the 30-day mark after sending them the letter declaring fraudulent charged to my credit card account. I called Target credit card services Fraud center but it was closed could not file report on XX/XX/year>XXXX Called Target credit card services to freeze account & reported fraudulent charges from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX total of 4 charges totaling {$9500.00} on XX/XX/year>. sent a fiscal dispute letter to Target credit card services through USPS certified mail on XX/XX/year>. I called target to inquire about my dispute on XX/XX/year>, and was informed that my dispute had been denied and that I should have received a letter fin the mail since the claim was denied on XXXX XXXX '' she then told me to have a nice day and ended the call. I still have not received my letter explaining why they have denied the fraudulent dispute and have already sent me to a debt collector, and I can no longer talk directly to target services. I was able to contact XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/year>, and ask them why I have not received this letter sill and the representative would not give the reason for the denial or when they supposably sent me the dispute denial letter. They did not do anything until I ask where they would like the police case number I have to give them.
