I am writing to formally dispute inaccurate information listed on my credit report. I have identified multiple violations of the law, violations of the fair credit reporting act. Certified mail, federal trade commission identity theft report, alongside a letter of deletion has been sent out directly to each creditor as well as the credit reporting agencies. Legal actions will be taken if this is not dealt with in a timely matter. Below I have attached my Florida Drivers license, signed social security card, as well as my federal trade commission report.
