TransUnion LLC XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA XXXX Subject : Dispute of Inaccurate Collection Account XXXX XXXX To Whom It May Concern : I am writing to dispute the inaccurate and incomplete reporting of a XXXX XXXX collection account currently listed on my TransUnion credit report. The account shows the following irregularities : 1. Account opened in XX/XX/XXXX, but no payment history is reported for that month or any subsequent months. 2. The payment history chart lists No Info for every month and year, yet the remarks state it is in collections. 3. The account status shows Closed, but is still being treated as an open collection. 4. I reserve the right to escalate this matter to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ), State Attorney General, or pursue other legal remedies if the information is not corrected or deleted.
