I am writing to have the following information removed from my credit file, the items that I need to have deleted will be attached in a pdf document. I have several accounts that I DID NOT apply for listed on my credit report. My information was exposed in the Equifax Data Breach and as a result someone opened up several fraudulent accounts in my name. I ask that these items be deleted so my credit report will only show accurate information. I reported the theft of my identity to the Federal Trade Commission and have also enclosed copies of the report. According to FCRA 605 B this information must be blocked within 4 days. Equifax has been slow in responding to my request via postal mail so now I'm involving the CFPB. This inaccurate information is causing me lots of stress and discomfort and embarrassment.
