I sent in full payment of a balance two weeks before due date in XX/XX/year>. A late fee was charged on the XXXX balance. I called to complain and the agent ridiculously said it didn't matter when I mailed in the payment because it wasn't processed by the due date! I closed the account and sent back the credit card. I have been receiving non-stop phone calls and billing statements every month adding additional late fees creating an increasingly fradulent balance. I wrote the company three letters since then but they keep harassing me with phone calls and voicemails and letters insisting I phone them.
