On XX/XX/XXXX I purchased a used XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX The purchase price was {$9000.00} dollars with taxes and state fees it came to {$12000.00}. I put down {$2000.00} dollars and took possession of the vehicle. I drove the car for 11 days and on XX/XX/XXXX I got off the highway and while driving down the street the car wouldn't go pass 60 miles and it took some time for it to slowly build up to 60 miles per hour. It began to shake and tremble very badly and I thought for sure I would be stranded on the road an hour away from home. the car however managed to make it back home going no faster than 60 on the highway. once I got home I immediately called the dealership and spoke with the salesman who sold me the car. I explained to him the problem that I was having with the vehicle and he said to bring the car back so it could be checked out which I did and after a long fought out conversation he finally agreed to give me a loner car. I then told him that I didn't want the car and I wanted my {$2000.00} dollars back because there were to many things wrong with the vehicle and I believed he knew it from the start .He then told me he couldn't take the car back and refund my money .I then got in the loner car and left and I haven't heard back from him yet. So I am asking for your help in getting my money back and returning this lemon vehicle. I am a senior living on a fixed income and I can't afford to be cheated like this.
