Received a collection notice for XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX damage on XX/XX/XXXX, I responded on XX/XX/XXXXXXXX and told them this was not damage done by me. The last communication I had with them was on XX/XX/XXXXXXXX with a person named XXXX who switched me to a XXXX XXXX who refused to listen to what I had to say, that is the last time I had communications with them. I now have a bad mark showing up on my credit report they placed this on my credit in collection in XX/XX/XXXX and is now showing it delinquent. Attached is the correspondence with them and XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXr, as you can see XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX said I caused damage to a rental car 2 days after I dropped it off, they are suppose to note damage when you dropped the car off which they did not. I want to make a point please look at the picture they sent me saying the new damage was for the right rear passenger door they have it circled, now please look at the estimate for body work it clearly states taking off stuff on the front passenger door, the door handle on rear door which is not even close to the scratch so I believe XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX falsified their statement to Summit A/R, and Summit A/R will not listen to me and look at the facts..
