I have been trying to unfreeze my Experian credit report and have been unable to reach a human representative after months and multiple attempts through their phone tree and online systems. The website is not working properly I follow all of their steps and I can not access my PIN or complete the unfreeze. This is affecting my ability to apply for credit, and I urgently need a resolution. I am requesting that Experian unfreeze my report or assist me in accessing my account immediately.
