I was having issues making the payments due to health issues. One Main Financial has called my job looking to speak for me, which is not acceptable with the company I work for. I have requested in the past via phone that One Main Financial NOT reach out to me at work, and to only contact me via my cell phone. I understand that I have fallen behind on my payments, and I am currently working on resolving this issue. However it is completely unacceptable to have them try to reach me through my job, considering i never gave them permission to call me at work.
