Dear valued XXXX, i would like to bring to your attention that we have recently noticed fraudulent charges on your credit card account. This is not the first time we have informed you about these charges, as we have sent previous notifications regarding the same issue. We have repeatedly requested for the fraudulent charges to be discharged and the balance to be reset. Despite multiple payments made towards the balance, i have unfortunately still incurred significant losses.i have also been in communication with your fraud department to resolve this matter as soon as possible. i urge you to take immediate action and discharge all fraudulent charges, as well as refund any frozen amounts from these internet charges. i have acted in good faith and made several payments towards the fraudulent balance, in addition to interest fees. i kindly request for your prompt attention in resetting the balance on these credit accounts.
