I called Fay Servicing , LLC on Thursday XX/XX/XXXX to request a reinstatement notice be mailed to me. I called again on Thursday XX/XX/XXXX to tell them I still had not received the notice in the mail. They said I should receive it on XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX. I called again on Wednesday XX/XX/XXXX because I still had not received the reinstatement notice. They said they would call me back back on Friday, but that never happened. Today is Monday XX/XX/XXXX ( 18 days since original request ), and I still have not received the reinstatement notice!
