XXXX XXXX is reporting late payments on my credit report when I call XXXX XXXX, they can't pull up any info on the account I have asked for account info from them that's when I found out they can't pull up anything on the account I have asked them to remove the negative comments and nothing has happened as of yet please help Thank You The second complaint I have is with XXXX XXXX XXXX they are showing an account with an original balance of {$8.00} this amount would of been the total after making the payments for a total of 3 years payment amount of {$220.00} and change i never received anything from the lender and was told pmt amount over the phone the account shows 30 days late in XXXX but then paid off and closed by the company who originally sold the merchandise in XXXX I had no contact or use of the account nor merchandise, never received anything from them nor returned anything I have asked them for removal and nothing has happened please help Thank You
