Purchased airline tickets XX/XX/year>. Charged additional {$24.00} unknown charges. XX/XX/year> received email at approximately XXXX, flight was cancelled. XXXX XXXX flight departing at XXXX from XXXX XXXX, arrived into XXXX XXXX instead of XXXX XXXX. I wanted 14 days to contact Capital One and XXXX. XXXX does not have direct customer service to resolve issues, the contacted Capital One for refund. I have attached letter outlining the two months ordeal with Capital One customer service agent to get the link to upload the email from XXXX cancelling my flight, I tried to fax email Capital One did not received also mail email to XXXX XXXX with not credit for my charges. Capital One sent form letter that I received " goods and in good order ''. 14 CFR Parts 259, 260, 262, and 399 Office of the Secretary, U.S. Department of Transportation, requiring automatic refunds to consumers when U.S. air carrier or foreign air carrier cancels or makes significant change to schedule flight to, from or within the United States and consumer is not offered or rejects alternative transportation and travel credits, vouchers, or other compensation. Those automatic refunds must be provided promptly., i.e. withing 7 business days for credit card payments
