I do not recognize this alleged debt, and you are hereby notified that you must cease all collection activities until you fully validate this account. In accordance with federal law, I am demanding that you provide the complete chain of title, including but not limited to : 1. A full copy of the assignment or purchase agreement giving your agency legal right to collect on this account. 2.
