I got what I thought was a mailer for wage summons ( XXXX pg only w/CL ) on XX/XX/XXXX by mail. On XX/XX/XXXX, When I asked for copy of original full court summons ( XXXX ) & first debt collection attempt w/date, person on phone got hostile. I asked for verification of debt w/original contract, full history of account, & proof that Blitt & Gaines arent a 3rd party debt collector that purchased my info and the debt ( which I requested to verify ). I was told that the XXXX XXXX account was suspended for verification, debt collection activity was paused until I got the docs I requested via email and mail. The docs that were emailed via their portal were sent but disappeared after I looked at them. ( Still dont have the first attempt if contact ) The full wage summons only showed up when I called & left a voicemail stating docs were missing. On XX/XX/XXXX my employer was contacted by my wage info but no withholding at that time. I was told there would be no debt collection activity until I had all of the docs via email ( 1 still missing ) & all of the documentation for verification of debt.
