This is my 3rd time requesting proper documentation for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. The was no purchase agreement on this fraudulent loan and failure to notify this disputed account with XXXX XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. There is some dubious sales practice at the dealership that I have been compliant with serveral departments with out any response. I request this account be reinvestigated at the Standard of METRO2 Compliance as well as FDCPA 1692d, 1692c, 1692g : Harassment, failure to validate, illegal communication practices. Has the account have been charged off and a 1099-C form issued or if the creditor reported these accounts as business losses for tax deduction purposes, they must be deleted under IRS regulations and FCRA due to the cancellation or non-ownership of the debt. For any accounts currently being reported by third-party debt collectors, I demand a copy of the assignment contract or bill of sale proving lawful authority to collect and report this debt.
