I have been using Coinbase for over 7 years without issue but I noticed my account was restricted when I tried to withdraw about XXXX USD to my bank account in XXXX. I immediately contacted the live support and went through ID verification and took some quiz. I was told my case has been escalated to the special team for account review but since then I've been talking to the live support almost every day and went through multiple ID verifications with pictures, videos, utility bills, and hearing the same scripted answers without resolution so far. On XX/XX/year>, I received an email from Coinbase that the review was completed but buy/send/deposit/withdraw services remain disabled . Then I got another email to update my passkey and password to unlock my account so I did and it was all confirmed. Then I received a message in the app to wait XXXX hours to withdraw my USD. After XXXX hours, my account was restricted again. I have over $ XXXX of coins in my Coinbase account, but I could not pay my rent and mortgage this month because Coinbase won't let me use my account.
