Milestone or their parent organization Concora Credit agreed to remove all late payments from my credit report as they were their error only related to a fee that was for a card I was unable to use. They sent CFPB and me a letter agreeing to this but have yet to remove the late payments from my credit report and continue to validate them as accurate when disputed with the credit agencies. This is another great example of the fraudulent and misleading business processes of this organization. I will be reporting them to the attorney general for investigation if this is not resolved immediately.
