Several dates were documented as late during various time period when the company placed my loan on pause to conduct a loan modification. It was explained and advised to me by XXXX XXXX that while my application was in process for a loan modification I should not make any payment because it would alter the decision of my application. Despite my actions to adhere to their policy I was still being reported late to all 3 credit bureau without my knowledge. I reached out to the company and all 3 credit bureaus to verify the accuracy of these late payments with full documentation and they failed to do so. Action need to be done immediately to have these dates marked as current terms met. This has been hurting my credit tremendously and need this to be rectified.
