I'm once again making an additional complaint. Ally has failed to recognize the issues. Your reporting multiple balances in a single month which fluctuates my credit score and damaging my potential lending options. This needs addressed. I have provide pictures and screenshots and have been acknowledged that's an issue. Secondly, still have XXXX inquiries on my report. I have proof that reps and conversations via phone, that NO INQUIRIES WERE SUPPOSED TO BE WITH THE LOAN. I have compromised and will settle for XXXX inquiry but credit checks are supposed to be XXXX PER COMPANY. ( EQUIFAX, TRANSUNION, EXPERIAN ). I HAVE XXXX ON EXPERIAN. AT LEAST XXXX NEEDS REMOVED. The documentation ally likes to send is a regular contract I signed for but nothing in the contract states a credit check. No proof of authorization. Please do your job and fix this. I've been disputing this since the beginning of the year and I keep opening cases on your end.
