I have disputed this account multiple times with Equifax and XXXX. They are reporting a last payment date of XX/XX/XXXX, but I have not made any payments since XXXX, and the last one was made directly to the school not to XXXX. Additionally, 90-day late payments were added during forbearance, which violates the CARES Act and FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). XXXX also claimed in a previous response that they paused derogatory activity, yet they still resumed reporting lates after that, which is misleading and unlawful. The school was eventually shut down for misrepresentation they had no certified welding instructors, and I never received a diploma, certification, or proper education. A Borrower Defense claim # XXXX has already been filed. This account is harming my credit and reporting completely inaccurate details.
